Here's Peggy wearing roller skates and a Flash Dance inspired t-shirt at our "Bad Idea" costume party several summers ago. Angela Alexander took this picture. Peggy passed away Friday after fighting a two year battle with cancer. This picture says so much to me now. Arms crossed while staring into the light - she was a beautiful and courageous woman and an inspiring friend. My deepest condolences go out to her husband, Steven, and her 3 children, Chloe, Simone, and Loic.

Peggy insisted that, instead of flowers, memorials be made in her name to the Open Arms Shelter.

It snowed last night. Harrison looked out the window this morning and exclaimed, “Our swing looks like a powdered doughnut!”
